Mallu House Swap is not a party to those agreements.

False or misleading information may result in removal of the listing or suspension of the account.

Safety

Members should communicate thoroughly before confirming a home exchange.

We recommend verifying identities, discussing expectations, and ensuring both parties are comfortable before making travel arrangements.

Payments

Mallu House Swap does not process payments between members unless future services specifically state otherwise.

Each member is responsible for their own travel expenses, insurance, and personal costs.

Limitation of Liability

Mallu House Swap is a platform that connects members.

We are not responsible for property damage, theft, cancellations, injuries, travel disruptions, disputes, or any loss arising from agreements made between members.

Members participate in home exchanges entirely at their own risk.

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that breach these Terms & Conditions or behave in a way that harms the community.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.

Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
